The North Carolina Association of Rehabilitation Professionals (NCARP) is a non profit professional organization comprised of dedicated and proficient medical and vocational case managers.  Our purpose is to network, provide educational opportunities, and become instrumental in setting the standard of care in our industry.

NCARP Charlotte Chapter also sponsors the Betsy Wilson Award. Betsy Wilson, RN, was a member of NCARP and a friend to many in the rehab community.  She was killed in an automobile accident in 1993.  To honor her warmth, dedication, and professional contributions to the community, NCARP established a memorial gift. This award is presented each year to a disabled person or injured worker who has demonstrated courage, hard work, and perseverance in overcoming and/or adapting to a severe and disabling injury.

 

 

The Charlotte Chapter of NCARP is dedicated to provide a:

 

• Professional Organization Membership to promote the continued ethical provision of medical and vocational services
• Opportunities to network and problem solve with other rehabilitation professionals
• 10 local dinner meetings per year to earn 10 Continuing Education Credits per year
• Opportunities to learn about area resources for medical and vocational referrals

• Full Membership ($50.00 per year)

Open to all Registered Nurses holding a current NC or SC license and open to Rehabilitation Counselors.  Both must be either a CRP or a QRP as defined in the Rehab Rules of the NCIC in the field of Insurance Rehabilitation.

• Associate Membership ($40.00 per year)

Open to all Registered Nurses, Rehabilitation Professionals, Therapists, Insurance Claims

Professionals and Medical Professionals in related fields.

• Emeritus Member (Free)
