Sponsorship for the Case Management Educational Conference

Embassy Suites, Greensboro, N.C. 2009 

 

Sponsors will be:

 

1.     Given preferential placement in the exhibit hall of their choosing

2.     Recognized in the notebook handed out to all participants of the conference

3.     Given a placard to place on their exhibit booth recognizing them as a sponsor

4.    Announced at the beginning  of the conference and thanked for their

        additional contribution to the conference

5.    Recognized via a poster positioned in front of the break area in both rooms, if they

        sponsored a break

 

 All Fees are subject to change

 

Full breaks are $2500.00. We will accept sponsorships starting at $500.00 if you wish to co-sponsor.

 

Carving table is sponsored for $1000.00. We will accept $500.00 sponsorships if you wish to co-sponsor.

 

Dessert table is sponsored for $500.00 for lunch and $500.00 for dinner.

 

Notebook sponsorship is $550.00.

 

Entertainment is sponsored at the cost of whatever group is booked for the conference. Co-sponsorship is accepted for entertainment also.
