The Purpose of the RPC web site

The purpose of the RPC web site is to bring together by communication, and organization, case managers, vocational consultants and other related professionals who manage workers' compensation cases through communications with the client, doctor, and insurance company; to promote effective interdisciplinary rehabilitation, disability management, and return-to-work services on behalf of persons with disabilities and the economically disadvantaged; to enhance the competency of service providers; and in general to increase the quality and quantity of service that this profession renders to the community, State, and nation.

The Goals of the RPC web site

The RPC web site goals are to assist the Rehabilitation Professional through

• encouraging membership to a professional organization
• educational opportunities through seminars, workshops, symposiums
• support through sharing, problem solving, and net working
• empowerment to be able to perform in your profession ethically, competently and legally

As a unified group the Rehabilitation Professionals in North and South Carolina can accomplish more with collaborative efforts, then can be accomplished alone.
